All orders are fulfilled and shipped from United States-based facilities. Products are packaged in accordance with industry standards to maintain product integrity during transit, including appropriate temperature-sensitive packaging where applicable.
On1 Peps provides free shipment protection on all domestic orders. This protection covers packages that are lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or confirmed as stolen. In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, On1 Peps will reship your order at no additional cost to you, subject to the following conditions:
For international orders, the Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all import laws, customs regulations, duties, tariffs, and taxes applicable in the destination country. On1 Peps is NOT responsible for orders that are seized, held, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or any government agency. No refunds or replacements will be issued for international orders that are intercepted by customs. The Buyer assumes all risk associated with international shipments upon dispatch from our facility.
Estimated delivery times are provided as approximate guidelines only and are not guaranteed. On1 Peps is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days. Tracking information is provided for all orders when available.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. On1 Peps is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer, orders left unattended, or orders not retrieved from a pickup location in a timely manner.
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptide products and the strict quality control requirements necessary to ensure product integrity, On1 Peps maintains a limited return policy. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, unsealed, used, reconstituted, or otherwise compromised, as we cannot verify the integrity or safety of such products for redistribution.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or does not match the product description as listed on the Site, On1 Peps will reship the affected product(s) at no additional cost to you, subject to the following conditions:
No refunds will be issued for products that have been opened, unsealed, partially used, fully used, reconstituted, improperly stored, or otherwise altered from their original condition. Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of On1 Peps for unopened products returned in their original, sealed condition within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, less any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
All claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied at the sole discretion of On1 Peps. Failure to inspect your order upon receipt and report issues within the specified timeframe constitutes acceptance of the products as delivered.
On1 Peps shall determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate remedy for any valid claim, which may include reshipment, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. The decision of On1 Peps regarding the appropriate remedy shall be final.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate as a class member in any class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceeding against On1 Peps. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this section is void or unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be deemed null and void.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, On1 Peps reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of its intellectual property rights, trade secrets, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm, without the requirement of posting a bond or proving actual damages.
